Carriage houses have become very popular as they serve a variety of needs beyond their original purpose of storing coaches, horses and the related staff.  Today they are designed to suit a variety of uses including a place for cars and guests as is the case with this new carriage house. It has three oversized garage bays and storage areas on the ground floor with a guest suite above.  The large multi gabled roof form gives a lofty feel to the 2nd floor living space which is reached via a private entry just a short walk from the main house. It is a deluxe setup to offer to guests who may feel too comfortable to leave.
