Greek Revival
A plain and simple farm house on a great piece of property overlooking Whale Bone Cove is transformed into a grand Greek Revival. The two story porch addition and pergola take full advantage of the view over the sweeping lawn to the cove beyond. The gut renovation allowed for a redesign of the floor plan which shifted the main rooms to the back of the house overlooking the view and opening onto the porches. The street facade was redesigned and detailed giving it a more dignified look.
