Award-Winning Historic Renovation
Nothing had been done to this historic house for 60+ years and it was in need of much including restructuring and some basic modern amenities. The floor plan typical of older homes, small separate rooms, few closets and not enough bathrooms did not reflect how we live today.
The back of the house had become the main point of entry and it needed to be redesigned to reflect this. Through a major renovation this house was recreated to deal with all these issues while adding to its historic charm.
